Data collected

When you book or contact us, we collect: name, email, phone, postal address, stay dates and number of guests.

Purpose

This data is only used to manage your booking (agreement, payment, access code, invoice), to meet legal obligations (tourist tax, accounting) and to answer your messages. No data is sold or used for advertising.

Payment

Payments are processed by PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. We never have access to your card details.

Retention

Booking data is kept for 10 years for accounting purposes; inactive guest accounts are deleted after 3 years.

Cookies

The site only uses a technical session cookie required for login and booking. No analytics or advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data by writing to dellys_nicolas@hotmail.fr. You may also contact the CNIL (French data protection authority).
