Terms and conditions

1. Purpose

These terms govern the holiday rental of the "L'AisCal" apartment booked directly on appartcalais.fr. The rental is for a fixed period and cannot be extended without the owner's consent.

2. Booking

The booking is final once the rental agreement, these terms and the house rules have been accepted electronically and full payment has been made online. A PDF rental agreement is then emailed and remains available in the guest account.

3. Prices

Prices are in euros and include all utilities (water, electricity, heating, internet, linen). Cleaning fee and tourist tax are shown separately before payment. Discounts (length of stay, last minute, promotions) are applied automatically.

4. Payment

Full payment is made at booking via PayPal or by card through PayPal. No card details are stored by the website.

5. Cancellation by the guest

Guests may cancel from their account up to 10 days before arrival, in which case the amount paid is fully refunded to the original payment method. After that, or in case of no-show, no refund is due. Early departure does not entitle to any refund.

6. Cancellation by the owner

If the owner cancels, the guest is refunded in full.

7. Right of withdrawal

Under article L221-28 12° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services provided on a specific date.

8. Check-in and check-out

Self check-in from 4:00 pm with an access code sent before the stay. Check-out by 10:30 am.

9. Use of the premises

Guests agree to use the premises peacefully, follow the house rules and respect the maximum capacity. They are liable for any damage caused during their stay.

10. Complaints and mediation

Complaints can be sent to the owner by email. Failing an amicable solution, consumer guests may use a consumer mediator free of charge.
